Application Steps: 1. Twist the collar of the applicator until the concealer is visible on the sponge (this may take a few turns on the first use). 2. Apply the concealer to the under-eye area and blend. 3. For extreme dark circles, apply the Neutralizer under the concealer. 4. To add luminosity, apply the Brightener to the inner corner of the eyes, cheekbones, brow bones, and the bridge of the nose.
